In the series of lecture notes provided above, all of the examples are IEs with 1 independent variable. The methodology used can be straightforwardly extended to IEs with more than 1 independent variables. Given below is one example of how the numerical method employed for solving linear IEs with one independent variable can be used to solve linear IEs with 2 independent variables.
