Materials Science & Engineering Industry Night Panel Knoxville, TN, October 28, 2025  In collaboration with the local student chapter of Material Advantage, the MSE department hosted "Industry Night" with a panel of four UTK MSE alumni who are working in industry across the country.  The event provided (i) social support, (ii) career advising support and (iii) nutritional support.  MSE Junior & MA officer, Jocelyn Hess, and Dr. Matthew Cothrine were the event hosts.  Our panelists took turns answering questions about how they were successful in finding and securing industrial internships and jobs.  They also shared their unique experiences about navigating life in industry. Thanks to all who attended.
