In February, 2003, The Thermophysical Properties Measurement Laboratory (TPML) was moved from Oak Ridge National Laboratory to the Department of Chemical Engineering, at the University of Tennessee. The Director of TPML is Dr. Bill Steele, pictured above. He is a staff scientist at ORNL and an adjunct professor at UT.
