Eric began theorizing on the thermodynamic properties of a mixture of ethanol and carbonated water in a stirred tank.




Finding neither pure ethanol nor carbonated water readily available, Eric refused to be deterred, substituting instead a 40% ethanol solution and Mountain Dew.  For the stirred tank, he subsituted (What else?) a coffee pot.
