Research Meeting at the UT Creamery

One of the good things about having the weekly research meeting at the Center for Renewable Carbon on the campus of the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture is that on a beautiful April afternoon, the group can stroll down the greenway along the Tennessee River, passing a goose and gander with their brood of goslings, on their way to the UT Creamery, where they can indulge in locally made ice cream sourced from the UT Dairy farm. Popular flavors include Go Big Orange!, VOLnilla and Mint ChampionChip.
